Head of People Partnering Reporting to the director of People Partnering UK & Ireland you will partner with a member of the executive and their leadership team enabling their business strategy through best practice people plans and initiatives. As part of the HR leadership team, you will collaborate with a high performing team of people leaders, and contribute to the overall HR strategy. You will operate in a matrix environment and fast paced high performance culture. You will champion the values of the organisation through highly engaged partnering activities and behaviours.
Responsibilities of the role:
Trusted HR partner to a member of the Executive and their leadership team and stakeholders.
Lead the people agenda, championing organisation change initiatives involving appropriate stakeholders.
Leading a team of People Partners ensuring the right behaviour, knowledge and practices are in place in all interactions with employees and the management teams they partner with. ·
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through coaching, organisation design advice and team development
Engage closely with HR peers and COEs and collaborate to ensure shared knowledge and alignment to the overall people agenda.
Design and implement development initiatives ensuring talent development, succession planning and retention strategies are robust.
Lead the performance management process and its divisional implementation, and any key actions and insight that are generated
Using data and key metrics to inform decision making, understand where and how to add value to the employee experience and ensure initiatives such as the employee surveys are managed and communicated.
Candidate requirements Senior HR Business Partner/ Director/ Head of HR level Proven track record of Business Partnering with executive or divisional leadership. HR team leadership and strategy design and implementation in a fast paced, growth orientated, change environment. Strong team leadership in a matrix environment or similarly complex management structure. Agile mindset, strong influencing skills and the ability to work with ambiguity.
