Our client is hiring a Head of Learning & Development. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you’ll work closely with the HR Leadership Team to drive learning, leadership development and EDIB (Equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging) across the company. This is a fixed term contract role.
Design and implement learning and leadership development strategies.
Elevate their Management & Leadership Development program
Identify and implement process and system enhancements.
Drive their EDIB agenda, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities.
Fluency in EDIB & cultural change concepts.
Background in Learning and Development, behavioural change, psychology, or social sciences.
Professional membership in relevant bodies (EMCC, CIPD, IITD, ICF).
