Job Opportunity: Employee Relations Business Partner
Are you ready to make a significant impact? Our client has tasked us with searching for an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join their vibrant People Team. Within this role you will play a pivotal part in driving and delivering the ER agenda.
Qualifications:
HR/Business degree (NFQ8) and CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
Full, clean driving license
Experience:
5+ years in Employee Relations within a fast-paced, multisite environment
Strong background in employment law and industrial relations
Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential cases
Excellent relationship-building skills across all employee levels
Skills:
Deep knowledge of Irish and EU Employment Legislation
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation abilities
Expertise in HR best practices, performance management, and employee engagement
Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking capabilities
High attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement proactive ER strategies and policies
Manage formal ER casework and ensure satisfactory resolutions
Lead Trade Union negotiations and represent the organisation at relevant forums
Provide expert ER advice, training, and support to managers and HRBPs
Analyse ER trends and recommend proactive interventions
