This Compensation Manager/AD leads the design and delivery of the organisation’s Total Reward approach, ensuring pay and benefits are competitive, fair and transparent, and aligned to business and talent priorities. The role reports directly to the Chief People Officer, providing meaningful exposure and influence at executive level.
Operating within a global Centre of Excellence model, the role balances global frameworks with local market insight and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on reward investment, workforce costs and pay equity. A strong focus is placed on pay transparency, Gender Pay Gap reporting and regulatory compliance, translating insight into practical action and long-term fairness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Total Reward strategy across pay, incentives and benefits.
Own reward governance, ensuring transparency, compliance and strong controls.
Advise senior leadership on reward decisions and workforce cost modelling.
Oversee annual pay, promotion and bonus cycles, ensuring consistency and equity.
Lead pay transparency, Gender Pay Gap and wider pay equity activity.
Shape benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness, inclusivity and value.
Partner with external providers to optimise cost and employee engagement.
Monitor market and regulatory developments and build reward capability across the organisation.
Experience & Profile
Several years’ experience in Reward, Compensation and Benefits within a complex organisation.
Demonstrated expertise in pay transparency, pay equity and governance.
Experience operating within a global COE model.
Strong judgement and credibility when working with senior stakeholders.
Strategic, pragmatic and data-informed in approach.
