Job Details

This role sits on the senior leadership team and you will have a strategic role that spans local HR leadership and also active participation in global working groups. This is a significant senior position and we require a highly experienced and professional HR executive, to support a high performance employee group.
 
Role Overview
You will support a hardworking and committed team operating in a professional financial services environment.
You will be tasked with; 

  • Providing HR advice and support to the senior leadership team and to individual employees.
  • Supporting the learning and development program for local employees.
  • Completing a comprehensive review of Policies, Risk Management processes and controls in HR and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Overseeing the compensation, reward and benchmarking activities.
  • General guidance and direction on current HR best practice. 

 Requirements:

  • Previous exposure to a global multinational group.
  • Previous experience at a senior level (SLT /Executive C Suite)
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Irish and EMEA employment Law.
  • A track record of delivering best practice HR in a HPO.
