  • Lead people integration for acquired firms across EMEA, including change management, cultural harmonization, and organizational design.
  • Develop scalable integration frameworks with global P&C leadership and the Integration Management Office.
  • Oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle in Ireland (e.g. employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, performance, and experience).
  • Champion a high-performance culture rooted in the firm’s values.
  • Mentor and grow a People & Culture team that is globally attuned, collaborative, and agile.
  • Drive local and regional engagement, wellbeing, and belonging initiatives that reflect both global standards and cultural context.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform strategy, identify trends, and measure impact.
  • Collaborate closely with global COEs (e.g. L&D, Mobility, HRIS, and Operations).
  • Contribute to EMEA-wide HR strategy and serve as a voice for Ireland in global forums.
  • Identify operating model and offshore opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through a responsive, high-impact support model.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required – Master’s preferred.
  • 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience, ideally within a global or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to lead in complex, cross-border settings and influence across cultures and levels.
  • Demonstrated success driving post-M&A people integration and scaling HR functions.
  • Skilled in organizational design, talent planning, and cultural transformation.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experienced in leading high-performing teams and building inclusive workplace cultures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong executive presence.
